End User License Agreement
This EULA is provided as a starting point for the hosted league application. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before public or commercial release.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using this website, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. License To Use The Website
Pocket Rankings grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for league administration, score entry, schedule viewing, standings viewing, and related league activity.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, attack, overload, scrape restricted areas of, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, source code, database, server, or another user's account.
4. User And League Content
League content, including names, schedules, scores, rules, averages, records, and team/player data, remains the responsibility of the league operator and authorized league administrators. Users must submit accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep your username and password private. Notify the league administrator promptly if you believe your account was misused.
6. No Warranty
The website and software are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pocket Rankings and the site operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, league disputes, scoring disputes, schedule disputes, or decisions made from inaccurate or delayed information.
8. Changes And Termination
Access may be changed, suspended, or terminated to protect the league, correct misuse, perform maintenance, or comply with administrator decisions. Terms may be updated when the software or hosted service changes.
9. Governing Operation
League officers and authorized administrators remain responsible for official rule interpretation, standings approval, score correction, discipline, and league operations.
